Terms and disclosures.

Last updated 29 October 2026. This page contains the Klide AI Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms"). By creating an account, buying credit, or sending a request with a Klide AI API key, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Please read section 3 (The service), section 12 (AI disclaimers), section 17 (No warranty), section 18 (Limitation of liability) and section 19 (Indemnity) carefully. They limit what Klide AI is responsible for.

1. About these terms

"Klide AI", "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Klide AI service available at klideai.store, api.klideai.store and related addresses. "You" and "your" mean the person or organisation that creates an account, buys credit or uses an API key.

If you accept the Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not have that authority, you must not accept the Terms or use the service on its behalf.

The Terms form a binding agreement between you and Klide AI. Electronic acceptance, including ticking the agreement box at sign-up, has the same effect as a signature.

2. Definitions

  • Service: the Klide AI website, console, API gateway, documentation and related features.
  • Account: your registered Klide AI account, including its balance, keys and settings.
  • API key: a secret credential issued to your account that authorises requests to the service.
  • Credit: prepaid, non-monetary units in your account balance, shown in US dollars, used to pay for requests.
  • Provider: an independent third party that serves AI models and to which Klide AI forwards requests.
  • Model developer: the company that created a model, for example the owner of the Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM or Kimi models.
  • Input: prompts, messages, files, images and any other content you send through the service.
  • Output: content generated by a model in response to your input.

3. The service

Klide AI is an independent reseller of access to AI models. Klide AI does not develop, train, host or operate any AI model, and does not claim ownership of any model or its outputs.

Klide AI provides an API gateway and console: one account, one set of keys and one prepaid balance for many models. Each request you send is forwarded to an independent third-party provider that serves the model you selected, and the provider's response is returned to you. Klide AI selects providers based on price, availability and quality, and may change them at any time without notice. Outputs are generated by those providers and models, not by Klide AI.

Klide AI does not disclose the identity of its providers, and nothing in the service should be read as a statement about which provider handles a particular request. The behaviour, quality, speed, context length, limits and availability of each model depend on its provider and developer, and may differ from the developer's own service.

Klide AI acts only as an intermediary. It is not a party to any agreement between a provider or model developer and you, and does not make any promise on their behalf.

4. Trademarks and affiliation

Klide AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by or partnered with Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, DeepSeek, Zhipu AI, Moonshot AI or any other model developer or provider.

Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi and all other model names, company names, logos and marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. Klide AI uses them only to describe and identify which model a request is sent to. That use is not a claim of ownership and does not imply any relationship with, sponsorship by or approval of their owners.

"Lab price" and similar figures on this site are the model developers' publicly listed prices at the time they were collected, shown only for comparison. They may be out of date.

"Klide AI", the Klide AI name, logo and site design belong to Klide AI. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission.

Rights holders who object to any use of their marks can follow section 24.

5. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting for anyone in Mainland China, or in any country or region, or be any person, subject to sanctions or export restrictions that apply to the service or its providers.
  • You must give a real email address that you control, and verify it. The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • One account per person, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not create accounts automatically, in bulk, or to get around a suspension, limit, promotion rule or ban.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password, two-step verification and API keys secure, and for all activity and all charges on your account and keys, whether or not you authorised them. Tell us immediately if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.
  • You may not sell, rent, share, transfer or sublicense your account or keys to anyone else, except to people acting for your organisation under your control.

6. API keys, limits and fair use

  • Each request must be made with a valid API key. Treat keys like passwords: do not publish them, commit them to code repositories or embed them in apps distributed to others.
  • The service applies rate limits, concurrency limits, request-size limits and spending limits to keep it fast and fair. Limits may differ by account and model, and may change.
  • Requests may be shortened, for example by lowering the maximum output length, so they fit your remaining balance or a key's spending limit.
  • You must not use the service in a way that degrades it for others, including excessive automated traffic, denial-of-service patterns or attempts to exhaust provider capacity.
  • We may disable a key that appears compromised, publicly exposed or abused, and will tell you where practical.

7. Credit and prices

  • Klide AI is prepaid. You buy credit, and each request is paid for from your balance. No request is served without enough balance.
  • Each request is charged at the per-token prices shown on Model Square when it is made, based on the input, output and cache token counts recorded by the service for that request. Our records are the basis for billing, subject to correction of a verified error.
  • Requests that fail on the provider's side are not charged. A request you cancel, or that your connection drops, may still be charged for the tokens already generated.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars. Indian rupee amounts are converted at the rate shown on the site at the time of purchase.
  • Credit is not money, a deposit, stored value or a payment instrument. It earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another account or person, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no value outside the service.
  • Prices, models, bonus rates and exchange rates may change at any time. Changes apply to future requests and purchases. Credit already used is not re-priced.
  • If a price is shown or applied in clear error, we may correct it and the related charges.

8. Payments and taxes

  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. The methods available (for example cards, UPI, net banking or wallets) are the ones the gateway offers at checkout. Credit is added after the gateway confirms the payment.
  • Your payment details, such as card numbers, UPI IDs and bank account details, are entered on and handled by the payment gateway. Klide AI never sees or stores your full card or bank details. The gateway's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.
  • Klide AI is not responsible for failures, delays, declines or errors caused by the payment gateway, your bank or your payment provider. If you are charged but no credit appears, contact us with the payment reference and we will check it with the gateway.
  • Cryptocurrency (if offered): you are responsible for sending the correct asset, on the correct network, to the correct address, in the correct amount. Crypto transfers are irreversible. Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or in the wrong asset, may be lost and cannot be credited or refunded.
  • You must only pay with funds and accounts that you own or are authorised to use. Payments that are fraudulent, reversed, or later disputed may lead to the matching credit being removed and the account being suspended.
  • Prices do not include taxes, bank charges or network fees unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank, transfer or network fees that apply to your payment.
  • If you start a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may suspend the account while it is resolved.

9. Refund Policy

  • Because credit is used instantly for third-party services, credit is non-refundable once added to your balance, except as described in this section or where the law requires otherwise.
  • We will refund or correct, once verified: duplicate payments; payments that were received but never credited; and charges caused by a billing error on our side.
  • Bonus and promotional credit is never refundable or exchangeable.
  • Credit on an account that is closed or suspended for breaking the Terms is forfeited.
  • Refunds, where given, are made through the payment gateway to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable gateway, network or transfer fees. After we approve a refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on the gateway and your bank, usually 5 to 10 working days.
  • To request a review, contact us within 30 days of the payment or charge, with the payment reference, or the time and model of the request. Requests made later may not be possible to verify.

10. Bonuses and promotions

Top-up bonuses, referral rewards and other promotions are offered at our discretion, on the terms shown when they are offered, and may be changed or ended at any time. Bonus credit is credit for all purposes in the Terms, except that it is never refundable. We may withhold or remove bonuses gained through abuse, self-referral, multiple accounts, or reversed or fraudulent payments.

11. Your content and outputs

Your input. You keep any rights you have in your input. You grant Klide AI and the providers that serve your requests a limited permission to process your input only as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to send your input, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

Outputs. As between you and Klide AI, and to the extent Klide AI has any rights in them, you may use outputs you receive for any lawful purpose, subject to the Terms and to the usage terms of the model developer. Klide AI makes no claim to own your outputs. Outputs may not be unique: other users may receive similar outputs, and outputs may not be protected by copyright in your country.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your input, for how you use outputs, and for any content you publish or distribute that was created with the service.

12. AI disclaimers

  • AI models can produce output that is incorrect, incomplete, out of date, biased, offensive, or that resembles existing material. Outputs are not reviewed by Klide AI.
  • Outputs are not professional advice. Do not rely on them as medical, legal, financial, tax, engineering, safety or other professional advice. Have a qualified person review outputs before using them for any decision that matters.
  • Do not use the service to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education or healthcare) without meaningful human review.
  • Do not use outputs to directly control systems where failure could cause death, injury, or serious damage, such as vehicles, medical devices, weapons or critical infrastructure.
  • Code produced by a model may contain bugs or security flaws. Review and test it before use.
  • If you show outputs to your own users, you must tell them they are AI-generated where the law requires, and you are responsible for that use.
  • A model may describe itself inaccurately. The model you are billed for is the one you select in your request.

13. Third-party services and terms

The service relies on third parties, including model providers and the hosting, network, email, security and payment services that run Klide AI. Their services are outside Klide AI's control, and Klide AI is not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, policies or changes.

Your use of each model is also subject to the published usage policies of its model developer. Requests that a provider or model refuses or blocks are refused, and are not charged.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Klide AI does not endorse and is not responsible for them.

14. Availability and changes to the service

Klide AI may add, change, rename, rate-limit, suspend or remove any model, feature, endpoint or provider at any time, including when a provider changes or stops its service, with or without notice. We aim for high availability but do not promise any uptime, response time or service level. Status and uptime figures on the site are informational only and are not a guarantee.

We may carry out maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. Experimental or preview features are provided as they are and may change or end at any time.

15. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback, you allow Klide AI to use them freely, without payment or obligation to you.

16. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or close your account, disable keys, remove credit gained in breach of the Terms, or refuse service, with or without notice, if: you break the Terms; we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or illegal activity; a provider, payment service or authority requires it; it is needed to protect the service, providers or other users; or the account has been inactive for 12 months or more.
  • Where practical, and where it does not create a legal or security risk, we will tell you the reason.
  • If we close your account without cause on your part, we will refund any unused paid credit (not bonus credit). Otherwise, unused credit is forfeited on closure.
  • Sections 3, 4, 7 to 9, 11, 12, and 17 to 22 continue to apply after the Terms end.

17. No warranty

The service, all models and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Klide AI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that any model will remain available, that outputs will be accurate, complete, reliable, lawful or free of third-party rights, or that any defect will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Klide AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, data, goodwill or reputation, however caused and even if Klide AI was told they were possible.
  • Klide AI will not be liable for any loss caused by providers, model developers or other third parties, by outputs or your reliance on them, by unauthorised use of your account or keys, or by events outside its reasonable control.
  • Klide AI's total liability for all claims of any kind relating to the service or the Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Klide AI in the 30 days before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Klide AI and its operators against any claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, penalties and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to: your use of the service; your input; outputs you use, publish or distribute; your breach of the Terms; your breach of any law or of any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights; or any use of your account or keys.

20. Force majeure

Klide AI is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages or changes at providers, model developers, hosting, network or payment services, internet failures, cyberattacks, power failures, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, or actions of governments or authorities.

21. Governing law and disputes

The Terms and any dispute arising from them or from the service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us (section 36) and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, and claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

22. General

  • Entire agreement: the Terms are the whole agreement between you and Klide AI about the service and replace any earlier understanding.
  • Severability: if any part of the Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights or obligations under the Terms without our written consent. Klide AI may transfer them, including as part of a sale or reorganisation of the service.
  • Relationship: nothing in the Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
  • No third-party beneficiaries: the Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and Klide AI.
  • Notices: we may send notices to your account email or show them on the site or console. You may send notices to the contact details in section 36.
  • Language: the Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.
  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.

23. Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for everything sent with your API keys. You must comply with applicable law and with the usage policies published by the developer of each model you use. You must not use the service, or help anyone else use it, to:

  • create, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors;
  • create non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real people without their consent;
  • plan, promote or assist terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, or violence against people;
  • develop, produce or acquire biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or other weapons capable of mass casualties;
  • create or distribute malware, ransomware, or exploits, or gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, money laundering or other financial crime;
  • send spam, run deceptive bulk messaging, or manipulate reviews, ratings, search results or social platforms;
  • harass, threaten, bully, stalk, defame or discriminate against anyone, or promote hatred against protected groups;
  • collect, track or profile people unlawfully, or process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis;
  • create content intended to deceive people about elections, civic processes or public safety;
  • infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other right;
  • use outputs to develop or train models that compete with the developer of the model that produced them, where that developer's terms forbid it;
  • bypass, disable or probe authentication, billing, rate limits, captcha, spending limits or safety measures, or attempt to identify the providers behind the service;
  • attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its providers, except as the law expressly allows;
  • resell, share or make the service available to anyone in Mainland China, or to any sanctioned country, region or person;
  • break any applicable law or regulation.

Klide AI may monitor usage metadata for abuse, and may refuse, limit or suspend any request, key or account that breaks this policy, or that a provider rejects or reports. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

24. Rights-holder and legal notices

Klide AI respects intellectual property and other rights. If you believe content on this site, or the use of a name or mark on it, infringes your rights, contact us (section 36) with:

  • your name, organisation and contact details;
  • the right you hold and evidence that you hold it;
  • the exact page or content concerned, and why you believe it infringes;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We review valid notices promptly and may remove or change the content, or remove a model from the service, while the matter is reviewed. Because Klide AI does not store prompts or outputs, notices about a specific output should include enough detail to identify the request.

25. Privacy Policy: your data

Your data is never stored by Klide AI. Your prompts, files and model replies pass through the gateway and are not saved.

26. What we collect

To run your account, billing and security, Klide AI keeps only the following personal data:

  • Account data: your email address; a salted hash of your password (never the password itself); two-step verification settings; your sign-up and email verification dates; and your profile preferences.
  • Keys and usage records: your API keys, stored encrypted; and for each request its time, model, token counts, cost, status and response time. These records do not contain your prompts or replies.
  • Security data: sign-in sessions, IP addresses, browser and device type, and an activity log of account events such as sign-ins, password changes and key changes.
  • Payment records: top-up amounts, dates, payment status, the payment gateway's transaction reference and credit added, and the messages you send us about payments. Card, UPI and bank details are collected by the payment gateway, not by Klide AI.
  • Support data: what you send us when you contact us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID numbers. Do not send it to us.

27. How we use it

We use personal data only to:

  • create and run your account, verify your email and authenticate you;
  • route and bill your requests and show your usage, balance and history;
  • protect the service and your account, and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of the Terms;
  • process payments, keep accounting records and handle disputes;
  • send you service messages such as verification, security and billing notices, and changes to the Terms;
  • answer support requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms.

We process this data on the basis of your consent given when you sign up, to perform our agreement with you, and for legitimate uses permitted by law such as security and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data, and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

28. Sharing

We share personal data only:

  • with the hosting, database, email, captcha and security services that run Klide AI, only so they can perform those services for us;
  • with the payment gateway, which receives your email and the payment amount to process your top-up, and collects your payment details directly under its own privacy policy;
  • when required by law, court order or a lawful request from an authority;
  • to protect the rights, safety and property of Klide AI, our users or others, including to prevent fraud; and
  • with a buyer or successor if the service is sold or reorganised, under terms that protect your data.

Your account details are never shared with model providers.

29. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep for accounting, tax, legal, security or dispute purposes, which are kept only as long as needed for those purposes. Security logs and usage records are kept for as long as needed to secure the service and support billing questions.

30. Security

We protect your data with measures including HTTPS for all traffic, salted password hashing, encryption of API keys at rest, optional two-step verification, captcha and rate limiting on sign-in, and restricted access to systems. No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

31. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and get a summary of how it is used;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • delete your data and close your account;
  • withdraw consent, which may mean we can no longer provide the service;
  • nominate a person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to; and
  • raise a grievance with us, and then with the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us from your account email (section 36). We may ask you to confirm your identity, and will respond within 30 days.

32. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses only essential cookies and browser storage: a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and local storage for preferences such as theme and currency. The captcha service may set its own cookies to tell people and bots apart, and the payment gateway may set its own cookies on its checkout page. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

33. Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

34. International processing

The services that run Klide AI, and the providers that serve models, may operate in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. By using the service, you understand that your data may be processed in those countries, with safeguards as required by law.

35. Changes to these terms

Klide AI may update the Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice on the site, in the console or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.

36. Contact and grievances

For support, billing, refund requests, privacy requests, grievances, legal notices, or notices from rights holders, contact us at [email protected] or on Telegram. Please include your account email and enough detail for us to identify the issue.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
